Incorrect Addresses

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. However, we will assist in providing tracking information and helping you contact the carrier if needed.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order will not be refunded.
