REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, all items are considered non-returnable once shipped.
The only exception is if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. In this case, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue, including packaging and contents. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement for the affected item. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for replacement.
Failure to report an issue within the 48-hour window will result in the claim being denied.
